Sources of template - plant genomic DNA , mouse cDNA, bacterial colony DNA , bacterial plasmid DNA , viral DNA and zygosity PCR templates. No loading buffers or tracking dyes required. Samples may be added directly to an agarose gel after PCR and visualized.
