Description
Red Taq DNA Polymerase, a thermostable recombinant DNA polymerase, useful in amplification of DNA fragments upto 6 kb from genomic DNA with high purity and specificity.
Sources of template - plant genomic DNA , mouse cDNA, bacterial colony DNA , bacterial plasmid DNA , viral DNA and zygosity PCR templates. No loading buffers or tracking dyes required. Samples may be added directly to an agarose gel after PCR and visualized.
