1. Add 44.86 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling to dissolve medium completely.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45 - 50°C.
5. If desired, add 10,000 IU Peniciilin G sodium salt, 0.01 gm Pimaricin, Mix well.
