1. Add 63.05 gm powder to 950.0 ml distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-500C.Aseptically add 50 ml egg yolk emulsion and 3 ml of sterile 3.5% Potassium Tellurite solution(99482).
5. Mix well.
