Description
Whole blood RNA extraction kit provide a fast, easy method for the preparation of total cellular RNA from up to 1.5 ml of human whole blood. Multiple blood samples can be processed simultaneously in less than one hour. Contaminants and enzyme inhibitors such as hemoglogin and heparin are completely removed, leaving purified RNA ready for use in various applications. A lysate is created by mixing suspended cells (or biological fluid) with the resuspension buffer.The resuspension buffer typically contains a detergent to dissolve cells and to solubilize proteins and lipids. A strong protein denaturant is usually added to aid in inactivating Rnases. In addition a strong reductant is often included to ensure complete protein denaturation.
