Directions
1. Add 31.50 gm powder to1.0 litre distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into test tubes containing inverted Durham’s tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 10 minutes
