Directions
1. Add 21.70 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/purified water containing 5.0 ml glycerol.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat with frequent agitation to dissolve completely.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
