Directions
1. Add 50.43 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Continue boiling for 2-3 minutes.
5. Distribute in tubes in 5.0 ml volumes.
6. Add standard and test solution to each tube.
7. Bring volume of each tube to 10.0 ml with distilled/purified water.
8. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
