1. Add 29.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. To 25 ml of single strength medium, add 0.5 ml of filter sterilized solution prepared by mixing equal volumes of 4% Sodium sulphite and 7% Ferric citrate.
5. To 10 ml or 50 ml double strength medium, add 0.4 ml and 2 ml of the above solution.
