This size marker will be useful in many molecular biology experiments especially those to seek determine sizes of PCR products and restriction fragments. The ladder has 10 bands in 50-bp increments from 50 to 500 bp (see picture). The intense band at 250 bp will help orient the user to the different bands in the ladder.
